MBBS FRACGP DRANZCOG
Linda completed her undergraduate training at Melbourne University in 1999 and went on to complete a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2002 and a fellowship in General Practice in 2005.
Linda's desire to practice medicine was always part of her genetic makeup. Her late father Jack Stiglitz was and continues to be her mentor and motivation to provide healthcare to the community. She loves the idea of providing "old school" medical care in a modern environment.
Feeling there was a gap in Women's Health specialists, Linda has worked in a local Womens and Family Clinic for over 19 years, striving to provide expert care in all aspects of women’s healthcare - including contraception (Implanon insertion and removal) IUD advice, family planning, pregnancy management, antenatal care, shared care and menopausal management including HRT.
Noting that Mental Health encompasses a huge part of patient care, Linda has trained as a Focused Psychological Strategy Provider.
In her spare time, Linda loves to experiment in the kitchen (much to her 3 sons dismay) and keep healthy, getting outside as much as she can with her two fur children.
The thing that Linda loves most, is when after a consultation the patient feels listened to and walks away with a plan to better health.
